List of Ingredients




2 2/3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 heaping Tablespoons cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp baking soda
2 c. water
2/3 c. oil
4 Tbl. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla


Recipe



Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with a mixer for one minute. Batter is runny, do not add more flour. Pour into a greased 9x13" pan. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until tests done. THERE ARE NO EGGS IN THIS.
