    Watergate Cake With Cover Up Icing

    CAKE:
    * 1 pkg. white cake mix
    * 3/4 cup cooking oil
    * 3 eggs
    * 1 cup 7-up
    * 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    * 1 cup chopped pecans
    * 1/2 cup coconut

    Icing:
    * 2 envelope Dream Whip( 3 oz)
    * 1 1/2 cup milk
    * 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    * 1/2 cup coconut
    * 3/4 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    * Combine first 7 ingredients in order given.
    * Mix and pour into 9x13" greased and floured pan.
    * Bake 45 minutes or until done in 350* oven.
    * Combine icing ingredients; beat until thick.
    * Spread on cool cake.
    * Sprinkle with nuts and coconuts.
