Apple Schnapps Cake

2 1/2 c Flour
2 c Sugar
1/4 t Baking powder
1 1/2 t Baking soda
1 1/2 t Salt
3/4 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Cloves
1/2 t Allspice
1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Apple schnapps
1 1/2 c Applesauce
2 Eggs
1/2 c Nuts; chopped
1 c Raisins (optional)

Recipe



Cream butter, add applesauce and apple schnapps, beat well. Add dry ingredients and beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat for another 2 minutes. Stir in nuts, and raisins. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45 -50 minutes. Cool.
