Cranberry Sauce Cake

List of Ingredients




3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can whole-berry cranberry sauce -- 16-oz
1 cup pecans -- chopped
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
grated rind of 1 orange
3/4 cup orange juice
confectioner' s sugar



Recipe



Preheat oven to 350°F. Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and salt to combine; add cranberry sauce, pecans, mayonnaise and rind; mix well. Stir in juice. Pour into greased 13x9x2" baking pan and bake for 45 minutes, or until cake tests done. Cool; sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
