    List of Ingredients




    1 pound butter
    2 cups sugar
    6 eggs
    4 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 pound candied cherries (red, green or a mixture)
    1/2 pound candied pineapple (red, green or a mixture)
    1 pound pecans, chopped coarsely
    2 teaspoons vanilla

    Recipe



    Cream butter & sugar. Add beaten eggs. Add 3 cups of flour which has been sifted with baking powder & salt. Mix remaining flour with cherries, pineapple & pecans. Stir into batter. Stir in vanilla. Pour in greased tube pan. Bake @ 250°F for 3 hours. Cool cake in pan.
