HAWAIIAN CARROT CAKE II

2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 (7 oz.) jars junior baby food carrots
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nutsRecipe
Sift all dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs and carrots. Add pineapple and nuts. Bake in 9"x13" pan at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. When cool, frost with Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) pkg. confectioners' sugar
Soften butter and cheese. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
