List of Ingredients
3 C sugar
2 sticks butter softened
8 eggs, at room temp
3 C cake flour (sifted twice)
8 oz heavy whipping cream
2 t pure vanilla
Recipe
Preheat over 350°F. Combine sugar, butter in large bowl beat until creamy, Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in 1 1/2 C cake flour; mix well. Add in whipping cream; beat well. Add remaining cake flour and vanilla; beat well. Pour into 2 reg. size loaf pans. Bake until golden brown, about 1 hour. Cool and serve.
