    Easiest Fudge in the World

    Recipe Introduction

Be sure to use sweetened condensed milk in this recipe, not evaporated milk - that's a common mistake. It is probably the easiest recipe in the world, thus the name!

    List of Ingredients

1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon cream
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips, if desired

    Recipe

Place chips and milk in microwave safe bowl. (You can use just the one package of semisweet chocolate chips, or add the milk chocolate chips for a fudge that is slightly sweeter and creamier.) Microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Microwave, stirring at 1 minutes intervals, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth and thick. (Alternately, you can melt the chips and milk in a heavy saucepan over low heat.) Stir in butter and cream until combined. Pour into greased 8" square pan and cool.

You can add just about anything to this easy recipe. Stir in a cup of chopped nuts, add a cup of marshmallows after the cooking time is done, stir in chopped dried fruit or some white chocolate chips. Have fun with the recipe! Makes about 2 pounds candy.

Delicious and Easy, just don't gift it!February 16, 2013 By None
This fudge was delicious and couldn't be easier to make!! I gave four stars only because this fudge gets super soft after being out of the fridge for a while. It sets and cuts well when cold, but once it hits room temp, it gets too mushy, so it's not a good option for packaging for gift giving. But for a family treat you can store it refrigerated or for a party, just remove it from the fridge right before guests arrive. It's really simple and tasty!

How about using 1/2 c. mint chocolate chips instead of white chocolate chips?

    Yummm!January 26, 2011 By None
I have made this for years! I also do one with white chips instead, 2 Tbsp of peanut butter, and crushed Butterfinger. It is awesome! Or I have also done white chips with crushed Oreos for Cookies n Cream Fudge. Or I have also done a Twin Bing Fudge doing a cherry chip layer on top of my chocolate layer that has crushed peanuts in it...... So many possibilities!!!!!!!

I love this fudge recipe. My kids love to make it on rainy weekends. We dress it up by adding some mini marshmallows and different kinds of nuts and dried fruits.

How simple is this???January 01, 2010 By None
Can it get any easier? Not only is this fudge so easy to make but it is absolutely delicious! I crushed white Toblerone at the bottom of the dish then poured the hot fudge over it. Then turned it out onto a serving plate with the white chocolate melted through it. Yum!

Awesome recipe! I absolutely love fudge, and I could never find a simple recipe before. I also used this recipe, but substitued about 1/4 cup of cinnamon chips instead of some of the chocolate and it's delicious! Next time I would probably do 1/2 a cup instead though. I'm so happy that I found something so simple though! yay!
