List of Ingredients




1 lb. hamburger
2 tsp. minced garlic*
1/2 tsp. salt*
30 oz. tomato sauce*
*30 oz. spaghetti sauce may be substituted for garlic, salt and tomato sauce.
8 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. chopped onions
1 lb. egg noodles
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella


Recipe



Brown hamburger add garlic, salt and tomato sauce, simmer for 30 minutes. While that simmers, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and onions. Cook noodles. In greased 9x13" pan, layer 1/3 of sauce, 1/2 noodles, 1/2 cream cheese mixture, 1/2 Mozzarella cheese, cover with 1/3 more sauce, remaining noodles, cream cheese, Mozzarella cheese and last 1/3 of the sauce. Bake at 350°F uncovered for 30 minutes.
