List of Ingredients
2 10-ounce packages frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Pepper to taste (due to the soups, it usually needs no salt)
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 c. crushed corn flakes (the actual cereal tastes better than the pre-crushed packaged stuff)Recipe
Allow hash browns to thaw about 30 minutes. Mix together onions, sour cream, soups, cheese and pepper, then mix in potatoes. Place all ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Mix butter with corn flakes and sprinkle on top of the casserole. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
