Garlic Cheese Mashed Potatoes

8 Potatoes-medium, boiled and drained
4 oz Sour cream
8 oz Cream cheese softened
2 C. Cheddar cheese shredded
1/2 lb. Butter softened
1 T. Onion powder
3 T. Garlic, minced
3 T. Parsley, minced

Recipe



Boil and drain potatoes. Cut into cubes and carefully fold in cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, onion powder, garlic, and parsley. Mash well by hand, or with an electric mixer. Place in a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
