Butter Crunch Cookies

List of Ingredients
1 C All-purpose flour
1/4 t Baking powder
1/2 t Baking soda
3/4 c Soft butter
1 c Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 ts Vanilla
3/4 C Oatmeal
1 C Flaked coconut
1 C Corn flakes
Recipe
Sift together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Set aside. Cream together the butter, brown sugar, egg and vanilla. Combine the flour with the creamed mixture then add the oatmeal, coconut and cornflakes.
Drop in small balls on ungreased cookie sheet. They spread as they bake. Bake at 350°F. for 10-12 minutes. Yield 3 1/2 dozen.
