    FROSTED MOIST SUGAR COOKIES

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients to form dough. Chill dough. Roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to make cookies. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375°F for 8-10 minutes.

    CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbl. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    Dash of salt
    2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    Food color, if desired
