1 c. butter
3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. soda

Cream together butter and the 1 cup sugar. Add egg and beat until light and fluffy. Sift together flour and soda, add alternately to the creamed mixture with 1/2 cup of the lemonade concentrate. Drop dough from a teaspoon 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies in a hot oven, 400 degrees, about 8 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. Brush hot cookies lightly with remaining lemon concentrate; sprinkle with sugar. Remove cookies to cooling rack. Makes about 4 dozen small cookies.
