This recipe is from " the sweet potato cookbook ". Our grandkids call these " the little fry - pies" ;)

List of Ingredients
2 sticks margarine, LESS 1 Tbl.
4 Tbl. Confectioners sugar
2 cups sifted flour
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Water
1 / 2 cup sweet potatoes, mashed;
I season mine with cinnamon
1 cup pecans, chopped
1 box of confectioners sugar Recipe
Cream margarine with 4 Tbl. Sugar; add flour, vanilla, water, sweet potatoes and chopped pecans. Mix well. Roll pinches of dough into small oblong rolls. Bake on a cookie sheet @ 300°F for 30 minutes . Let cool completely and roll in confectioners sugar.
