2/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. sugar
1 egg
4 Tbl. molasses
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
extra sugar

Recipe



Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Drop dough by teaspoons in dish of sugar to coat each cookie. Place on cookie sheet and press flat with fork. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
