    1 cup butter, softened
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    2 egg yolks
    2 cups flour
    2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup flaked coconut

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, cream the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg yolks. Gradually add the flour until blended. Spread into a greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan. Bake at 325°F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake 1 minute longer or until the chips are melted. Spread the chocolate over the crust. Sprinkle with the walnuts and coconut. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into diamond shapes. Makes 5 dozen.
