I have done butter, lemon, gingerbread cookie mix and am making strawberry tonight. All have turned out awesome! This recipe is limitless. Next I will do chocolate and red velvet.

This has been a favorite of my family since I first found it in mid 1960's. My children have asked for the recipe to make them with their children. I haven't seen the reference to rolling them in powdered sugar. I usually make a double batch because they disappear so quickly, they literally melt in your mouth. I have made them with five or six different cake mix flavors - chocolate and lemon seem to be the favorites.

Love these! They are so easy and quick to make. They were a big hit at the work potluck. Lemon and chocolate fudge seem to be the favorite flavors so far.

Just keep them in an airtight container and they are just fine.

Just got done making these. I couldn't wait to try one. The texture is so light and airy. They taste delicious !!!! When they cool off, I will dust them with more confectioners sugar - not for taste, but just for presentation. This is going to be one of my favorite cookies.

I've made these a few times and they are really, really good, super moist and very easy to make. I had no problem baking them and you get a lot out of the recipe. Great cookie!

Great cookies. Have used any mix and flavor; also sugar-free. Whole family loves them.

These are the best cookies ever! So easy to make and they turn out so beautiful. Served them for my company and everyone raved about them. They are great without the extra confectioner's sugar, but the sugar makes a beautiful presentation. Can't wait to try making them with the spice and/or red velvet mix.
