Potato Chip Cookies I
2 sticks margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup potato chips, crushed
1/2 cup nuts or coconut
1/2 teaspoon vanilla, if desired
Cream together the margarine and sugar. Add the flour, chips, nuts or coconut, and vanilla. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Don't let cookies get too brown.
(I'm assuming to preheat the oven though he didn't say to.)
