    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 C (12 oz) flour
    3/4 C (4 oz) cornflour (cornstarch)
    1 C (scant) (4 oz) icing sugar (confectioners')
    16 oz. butter, room temperature

    Recipe



    Combine above ingredients. Knead together with hands until dough is nice and soft. Spread out evenly on an ungreased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 inch pan. Prick dough with fork. Place in 300°F oven for 50 minutes. WATCH CLOSELY. Remove from oven when golden. Cut into squares while warm. Enjoy. Marilyn.
