This is an old recipe and a favorite in families for years.



List of Ingredients




MIX:
1 c. white sugar
1 c. margarine
ADD:
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1tsp. soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. chopped dates (opt.)
MIX WELL AND ADD:
2 beaten eggs
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Recipe



Roll into balls, dip in sugar and put on cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 15-18 minutes.
