    2 cups flour
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1/4 cup molasses
    1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
    1 egg white
    Nonstick cooking spray

    1. Preheat oven to 350F.

    2. Combine flour, ginger, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cloves in a large bowl.

    3. Beat brown sugar, oil and molasses in a large bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed 1 minute or until smooth.

    4. Add sour cream and egg white and beat until well-blended. Gradually add dry ingredients, beating on low speed until well-blended.

    5. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto baking sheets. Flatten dough into 1/8" thickness with a glass misted with nonstick cooking spray.

    6. Bake 10 minutes or until the cookies puff and spring back when lightly touched. Cool on racks 2 minutes. Transfer to racks to cool completely.
