2 eggs
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe



Preheat oven to 400°. In bowl, combine eggs, oil, vanilla and sugar. Beat with mixer until combined. In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture. Dough will be soft. Drop by tsp. 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Press flat with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Immediately remove from pans.
