    1 lb or more ground beef
    1/4 c milk
    1 large onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 potatoes
    4 slices cheese

    Recipe



    Put beef in bottom of crock pot, add salt and pepper and milk. Slice potatoes and onions over beef. Lay cheese on top. Pour a can of cream of mushrooms soup over top, and add 1/4 can of water. Cook overnight, low setting.
