* 10 ounces frozen chopped baby spinach
* 16 ounces sour cream
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 8 ounces cream cheese
* 1 package onion soup mix
* 1/2 cup green onion, celery and white onion, all sliced thin
* 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Recipe



1. Cook spinach in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Pour into colander and drain.
water. Let cool. Continue to drain water using paper towels until spinach is squeezed as dry as you can get it.
2. Combine all ingredients and chill overnight in a tightly closed container.
3. Serve with your favorite crackers, chips or bread.
