Vanilla Nut Cream Cheese Spread

1- 8oz. Package Cream Cheese
1/8-1/4 C. Powdered Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 C. Almonds, walnuts, pecans, or hazelnuts

Recipe



Empty contents of one 8 oz. package of cream cheese into food processor. Add desired amount of powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla to bowl of food processor. Blend mixture in processor until smooth and creamy. You may want to scrape down the sides of the bowl once or twice during mixing. Taste, and adjust the amount of sugar to your liking. Process again if you add sugar. Transfer sweetened cream cheese to an airtight container. Stir in 1/4 C. of nuts. Spread vanilla nut cream cheese on bagels and breads. Keep refrigerated.
