    List of Ingredients




    3 apples
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1-1/2 Tbl. sugar, or to taste
    3 Tbl. red Concord grape wine

    Recipe



    Peel, core and chop the apples. Toss with walnuts and add spices and sugar to taste. Stir in wine and chill in refrigerator for 6 hours before it is served.
