    Hello group, I make my own pan grease, using equal amounts of, flour, oil, and shortening, then brush this on my pans, then I would dust the pans with flour, but this time I tried the powdered sugar, and to be on the safe side, I mixed the powder sugar with some flour, it came out great, so next time I will use my pan grease and only the powdered sugar, and see how that works, I am sure it will work, Jane S
