    2 tablespoons bread crumbs
    1 teaspoon parsley flakes
    1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup uncooked macaroni
    3 tablespoons Knorr classic white sauce mix

    In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, dried parsley and grated Parmesan
    Cheese. Mix well and place in a small zip-top bag and seal. Place sealed bag
    in a mug. Make sure the mug holds a volume of at least 1 1/2 cups.

    In a separate bowl, combine macaroni and white sauce mix. Mix well and place
    in a small zip-top bag and seal. Place sealed bag in mug with other bag.
    Decorate and attach a tag with the following directions:

    Macaroni and Cheese:
    Macaroni and Cheese Mix
    1/2 cups milk
    1 tablespoon butter
    1/2 cup water
    3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
    2 teaspoons olive oil

    Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Place ingredients from bag containing macaroni
    in lightly greased mug.

    In a small saucepan, place milk, butter and water. Bring to a simmer and
    pour over ingredients in mug. Loosely cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25
    minutes. Remove from oven and stir in shredded cheddar cheese.

    Place ingredients from remaining bag in a separate bowl. Add olive oil and toss. Sprinkle crumb mixture over macaroni and cheese in mug. Return to oven for an additional 6 to 10 minutes.

    2/Sausage and Rice Casserole in a Mug
    1/2 cup instant rice
    2 tablespoons Knorr classic white sauce mix
    1 teaspoon dried red bell pepper
    1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
    1 teaspoon dried chives
    1 teaspoon chicken bouillon

    In a small bowl, combine above ingredients. Mix well and place in a sandwich size zip-top bag and seal. Place sealed bag in mug with a volume of at least
    1 1/2 cups. Decorate and attach following directions:

    Sausage and Rice Casserole:
    Sausage and Rice Casserole Mix
    3 tablespoons milk
    1/2 cup water
    1/3 cup sausage, cooked and crumbled.

    Place Sausage and Rice Casserole Mix from bag in mug. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk and water. Bring to a boil and pour over ingredients in mug. Loosely cover with aluminum foil and let sit for 5 to 7 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare sausage and drain off fat. Stir cooked and crumbled sausage into rice mixture.

    3/Tortilla Soup Mix in a Mug
    3 tablespoons crushed tortilla chips
    2 tablespoons instant rice
    1 tablespoon Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix
    1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
    1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon cumin
    Measure all ingredients into a small zip-top plastic bag. Shake to combine.Tuck plastic bag into a microwavable mug. Attach a gift tag with thefollowing instructions:

    Tortilla Soup
    Empty contents of bag into mug. Ad 1 cup water. Stir, and microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir again. Cover and let sit for 3 minutes. All ready to eat!

    4/Sour Cream Chili Bake in a Mug
    1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
    1 teaspoon chili powder
    Pinch of cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon parsley
    1 tablespoon dried tomatoes
    1/2 cup Fritos corn chips
    In small bowl combine first five ingredients. Place in small zip-top bag and seal. Place bag in mug. In a separate zip-top bag, place corn chips and seal Place bag in mug with other bag. Decorate and include the following directions:

    Sour Cream Chili Bake:
    1/2 cup ground beef
    Sour Cream Chili Bake Mix
    2 tablespoons water
    1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
    1 1/2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar

    Heat oven to 350°F. In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook ground beef and drain off fat. Add contents of bag containing seasoning and water. Mix well and heat for 1 minute. In a small bowl, combine meat mixture, corn chips from remaining bag, sour cream and shredded cheddar. Pour mixture into lightly greased mug. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

    5/Tuna and Noodle Casserole in a Mug
    1/3 cup small egg noodles
    2 tablespoons Knorr classic white sauce mix
    1 teaspoon celery flakes
    1/4 teaspoon dried onion Pinch of garlic powder
    1 teaspoon parsley flakes
    1 tablespoon chicken gravy (dry mix)
    1 small can tuna In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except the tuna. Mix well and place in a sandwich size zip-top bag and seal. Place can of tuna in mug and top with filled bag. Make sure the mug holds a volume of at least 1 1/2 cups. Decorate and add following directions:

    Tuna and Noodle Casserole:
    Tuna and Noodle Casserole Mix
    3/4 cup water
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 tablespoons shredded cheese

    Heat oven to 325°F. Place mix from bag in lightly greased mug. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine water and olive oil. Bring to a simmer and pour over ingredients in mug. Stir until well incorporated and cover with a piece of aluminum foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and stir in drained tuna from can and shredded cheese. Return to oven for an additional 6 to 8 minutes.

    6/Hearty Ranch Potatoes in a Mug
    2/3 cup dried mashed potatoes
    1 tablespoon Ranch dressing mix
    1 tablespoon real bacon bits
    1 teaspoon dried chives

    In a small bowl, combine above ingredients. Mix well and place in sandwich size zip-top bag and seal. Place sealed bag in mug. Make sure the mug holds a volume of 1 1/2 cups. Decorate and add following directions:

    Hearty Ranch Potatoes:
    Hearty Ranch Potato Mix
    1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon water
    1/3 cup milk
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine

    Place mix from bag in mug. In small saucepan over medium heat, place water, milk and butter. Bring to a low simmer and pour over ingredients in mug. Mix well, cover and let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork.

    7/Meatloaf in a Mug
    2 tablespoons 2% low-fat milk
    1 tablespoon ketchup
    2 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
    1 teaspoon onion soup mix
    1/4 lb lean ground beef
    Additional ketchup (for topping)

    In a bowl, mix milk, ketchup, oats and soup mix. Fold beef into mixture and mix well. Put into a microwave-safe mug or custard cup coated with cooking spray. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160°. Drain meatloaf and let stand for 3 minutes. Top with ketchup if desired.

    8/Omelet in a Mug
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
    2 tablespoons diced fully cooked bacon
    1 tablespoon diced green pepper
    Salt and pepper

    In a microwave-safe mug coated with cooking spray, combine all ingredients. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 30-40 seconds and stir. Cook 30-60 seconds longer or until eggs are completely set. Enjoy!

    9/Breakfast in a Mug
    1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    1 tablespoon milk or water
    1-2 eggs
    1 dash pepper
    1 dash salt
    1 slice bacon, cooked (optional)
    Shredded cheese (optional)

    Place butter in 12 oz. Microwave safe mug or small bowl. Microwave on High 30-45 seconds, or until melted. Add egg (s), milk, salt and pepper. Stir or whip with a fork. Microwave one egg on High 35 to 45 seconds; two eggs 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 minutes, or until eggs begin to set, stirring with fork to break apart after half of the time. Remove eggs when they are still soft and moist. (you may have to play with the time depending on your microwave) Let stand about 2 minutes. While eggs are standing crumble bacon and add to eggs. Eggs will firm up while standing.If desired sprinkle with shredded cheese during standing time.
