Garlic Pecans

List of Ingredients
2 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. butter
1 t. garlic powder
salt to tasteRecipe
Place pecans in a 12x17inch pan in 250 degree oven. Toast for 30 minutes dry, then add the butter, sliced. Let pecans get totally buttery, stirring twice. When buttered, sprinkle pecans with the garlic and salt, stirring often. Toast pecans on hour or more to desired taste until butter has been absorbed and pecans are crisp (be careful not to burn these).
