Glazed Nuts for Christmas (or any time)

Recipe Introduction


Makes one pound of nuts! YUM! I make these for gifts and put into jelly jars with ribbon and card and hand out at the office.


List of Ingredients




1 egg white
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 pound of walnuts, pecans, or cashews (unsalted)

Recipe



Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for one hour. Cool; store in airtight container.
