1 lb. bacon
1 lb. spaghetti
3/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
3 Tbl butter
fresh ground pepper
2 slightly beaten eggs
Recipe
Fry bacon; crumble into smallish pieces. Cook spaghetti in a large pot in boiling salted water al dente. Drain well. Don't rinse. Put into large bowl, add bacon , cheese, butter and pepper. Add eggs and stir well to coat all spaghetti, the eggs will cook as you stir. Serve immediately. Serves - 6-8
