List of Ingredients




1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
7 egg whites, unbeaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 10" pie shell, unbaked
1 large banana, thinly sliced
Sweetened whipped cream
Pecans for garnish

Recipe



In large mixing bowl, combine sugar, coconut, chopped pecans, graham cracker crumbs, egg whites and vanilla. Stir until blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated 350°F oven about 30-35 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Place thinly sliced bananas over pie. Cover with sweetened whipped cream and sprinkle with pecans on top for garnish.
