CHICKEN PECAN QUICHE

For crust:
1 cup flour
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup vegetable oil
For filling:
3 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 cup pecansRecipe
MAKE CRUST:
Combine flour, cheese, pecans and paprika in a bowl. Mix well. Stir in oil. Reserve 1/4 cup of the mixture. Press the remaining mixture over bottom and sides of a 9" quiche pan; prick with a fork. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Let stand to cool.
PREPARE FILLING:
Combine the eggs, chicken broth, sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl and mix well. Stir in chicken, hot pepper sauce, cheese, onion and dill weed.
ASSEMBLE AND BAKE QUICHE:
Spoon filling into the baked crust; sprinkle with the reserved flour mixture and pecans. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until set. Serves six to eight.
