3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. half and half
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix, dried
1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 pre-baked (11") tart shell or 1 unbaked (9") pie shell
Recipe
Stir first 5 ingredients until blended. Spoon into tart shell. Bake in 375°F oven for 45 minutes.
