    2 c. flour
    1 tbsp. baking powder
    1 c. ripe mashed banana
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tbsp. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
    1/2 c. nuts

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together well. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350°F for 40 minutes.
