063Picachewy - this recipe looks quite like a clone of a recipe I tasted and loved so personally I think I am going to title this "Trudy's Rice".


List of Ingredients




1 stick margarine
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 box chopped broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup Minute Rice
1/2 onion, chopped

Recipe



Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Cook broccoli, set aside. Cook rice, set aside. In large pot melt margarine. Add chopped onion and saute. Add Cheez Whiz and heat until melted. Stir in celery soup, broccoli and rice. Pour into a 9x9" baking dish. Place in pre-heated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until slightly browned. Let set out of oven for 10 minutes to set up.
