ROTINI SALAD

Recipe Introduction
Not just another pasta salad. Add a tsp or two of prepared horseradish to "kick it up a notch".
List of Ingredients
1 lb rotini (noodles), cooked
1/2 pint mayo
1/2 pint unflavored yogurt or sour cream
1 cup water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar (or Splenda)
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 cup celery, chopped fine
1/2 tsp ground turmeric
Salt/Pepper to tasteRecipe
Mix together combining well in a large bow. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Stir well before serving. Dressing will be thin but will thicken up overnight.
