    TACO MACARONI SALAD

    2 C. uncooked corkscrew macaroni
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (1.25 oz.) envelope taco seasoning mix
    1/2 C. commercial French dressing
    1/2 head lettuce, shredded
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 C. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 C. chopped green onions
    1/2 C. chopped green bell pepper

    Recipe



    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water, drain. Chill at least 1 hour.

    Cook ground beef in large skillet until browned, stirring to crumble; drain off drippings. Stir in taco seasoning and French dressing; cool.

    Combine macaroni, beef mixture and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; tossing well. Serve immediately.
