    List of Ingredients




    3 medium-size firm pears, unpeeled and cored
    2 fresh beets, peeled
    1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon raspberry vinegar
    1 tablespoon honey

    Recipe



    1. Position medium-size shredding dish in food processor bowl; process pears and beets until shredded. (You can also use a hand grater.) Place slaw in large bowl.

    2. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar and honey; add to pear mixture, tossing to coat. Cover; chill at least 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.

    Per serving: 124 calories; 5.4 grams fat; 7 milligrams cholesterol; 95 milligrams sodium; 19.5 grams carbohydrate; 2.9 grams fiber; 1.1 grams protein
