    Zesty Radish Coleslaw

    16 oz bag shredded coleslaw mix
    1/2 cup sliced green onions
    1/2 cup sliced radishes
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1 tsp sugar
    3 Tbl sour cream,
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1 Tbl apple cider vinegar

    Recipe



    Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard and sugar until blended. Add coleslaw mix, radishes and green onions, toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Line serving bowl with a cabbage leaf, if desired. Spoon mixture into serving bowl and serve.
