German Crockpot Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
6 slices bacon
3/4 c. chopped onion
10 3/4 oz. can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
2 T. cider vinegar
1/2 t. sugar
pepper to taste
4 c. parboiled, cubed potatoes

Brown & crumble bacon. Reserve 2 T drippings. Saute onions in drippings. Blend soup, water, vinegar, sugar & pepper. Add bacon & onions. Mix well. Add potatoes & parsley. Mix well. Pour into crockpot. Cover. Cook Low 4 hours. Serve warm or room temp.
