    2 bunches fresh broccoli
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 cup chopped purple onion
    12 slices bacon
    apple cider vinegar dressing

    Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

    Mix the mayo, sugar and vinegar in a bowl.
    Let stand covered in the refrigerator overnight

    Break the broccoli into florets and chop some of the stems into small pieces. Mix the broccoli, raisins, pecans, and onion in a salad bowl. Pour apple cider dressing over salad just before serving. Crumble the bacon over the top of salad.
