Grilled Cuban Sandwiches

4 submarine rolls, split
4 t. mustard
1/3 lb. roast pork, thinly sliced
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/3 lb. deli ham, thinly sliced
dill pickle spears
1 Tbl. butter, softenedRecipe
Spread rolls with mustard; layer bottoms of rolls with pork, cheese, ham and pickles. Add tops of rolls; lightly spread outside surface of rolls with butter. Grill on a hot griddle over medium heat until lightly toasted and cheese is melted. Makes 4 sandwiches.
