GREEK ROASTED POTATOES

Makes 6 to 8 servings
List of Ingredients
5 to 6 baking potatoes, peeled, each cut into 10 wedges
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 cup canned low-salt chicken broth
Salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with a rim with foil.
Toss potatoes with all remaining ingredients. Arrange on prepared sheet.
Bake until potatoes are tender, turning once, about 1 hour. Sprinkle with a
little more salt and serve.
