    LOCK AND KEY CAKE

    This cake is so good that you'll want to keep this cake recipe under lock and key!

    List of Ingredients

    Cake
    1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
    1 cup sugar
    4 large eggs, beaten
    1 cup flour
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    16 ounces Hershey's chocolate syrup

    Frosting
    1/4 cup margarine
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup evaporated milk
    1/2 cup Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate morsels

    Recipe

    Cake: Combine ingredients in order listed. Mix until well blended. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350F degrees for about 40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Remove from oven, cool slightly and top with frosting while warm.

    Frosting: Combine first 3 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil over a medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add chocolate morsels. Stir until well mixed. Pour over warm cake. Makes 1 cake
