Interesting AND delicious! A great combination for a different "cheesecake".


List of Ingredients




2 cans crushed pineapple (in own juice)
2 env. unflavored gelatine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavoring
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/3 c. non-fat dry milk
3 pkgs. artificial sweetener

Recipe



Put all ingredients in blender. Blend well and pour into 9x9x2 pan and chill.
