List of Ingredients




2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 med. chopped onion
1 c. cottage cheese
3 eggs
2 sticks butter or margarine

Recipe



Mix all ingredients. Melt butter in baking dish. Spread evenly, batter will be thick. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 to 35 minutes, depending on pan size chosen.
