Almond Cheesecake Squares

Rich in flavor and texture yet made with fat free cream cheese! Serves 24.
List of Ingredients
For Crust:
1 1/2 cups ground reduced fat graham crackers
1/4 cup Dutch process cocoa
2 1/2 teaspoons Equal for Recipes or 8 packets Equal sweetener
5 tablespoons margarine, melted
1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon chocolate extract
For Filling:
3 packages (8 ounces each) fat free cream cheese, softened
5 1/2 teaspoons Equal for Recipes or 18 packets Equal sweetener
2 eggs
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 cup sliced almonds Recipe
Chocolate Crumb Crust
Mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, and Equal for Recipes in bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Mix in margarine and chocolate extract. Pat mixture evenly on bottom of pan.
Cream Cheese Filling
In large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in remaining ingredients, except almonds, until smooth. Pour filling into crust. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake cheesecake at 300 degrees F. until set, about 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack refrigerate until chilled, 6 hours or overnight. Cut into squares to serve.
