This recipe is fabulous just as the name of it says!


List of Ingredients




Chips
potatoes
1 egg white

Fish
fish fillets
¾ cup breadcrumbs
1 tbs chopped parsley
salt & pepper to taste
mayonnaise as required
1 tbs chopped chives
3 tsp Parmesan cheese

Recipe



Chips: Peel some potatoes. Par boil. Drain & cut into thin wedges. Beat egg white until frothy, then dip wedges into egg. Brush an oven tray with oil & bake potatoes in a preheated 375 degree F. oven for 35 minutes, turning over once.

Fish: Arrange fish fillets in a large baking dish & spread thinly with mayonnaise. Put breadcrumbs into a bowl. Mix with chives & parsley. Add Parmesan, salt & pepper. Spread all over fish & bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 mins or until fish is cooked.
